RJA #3b : Narrowing Research Topic

It was discovered about only five minutes into my research that I need to broaden my research topic. I tried to picture it being in a narrow format, but if I am going to create a successful arguement the longer approach must be taken. The expansion of my topic will include the fact that these teachers should be compensated for these moves and have their records and their careers benefit with these moves. Even though these people should be committed teachers and teach wherever they are needed based on ideals of wanting to teach, the personal affect it may have on their lives should be considered by their superiors. These factors seemed to me at first to automatically side with the teachers (which is contradictory to my arguement), but my position will still stand as previously posted.
