RJA #3a : Exloring Research Topic

My topic for research is of course the current negative reactions of many teachers being moved from their current assignments to help teach in the urban area schools. This situation has not been received well by many teachers, and I am proposing to defend the moves as being a part of their job, which is to teach and sometimes to teach where it is needed the most. In further looking into this headline, I realized that I need more data to defend my position, as well as add more questions to the equation. My information is currently from newpaper sources and editorials, and will come from interviews as well as web research (Technorati, Squidoo, etc).
